- Pay the full price online, book your space and avoid disappointments.
- Pay a 50% bank transfer now and book your space. The remaining 50% must be done 2 weeks before the boat departure. If payment requirements are not met your space will be available for another diver to book, with no refund.

The following conditions will be applicable to Saudi Citizens traveling abroad:
Covid 19 Test

- Saudi Citizens should have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine, or have received one dose on the condition that (14) fourteen days has passed from the day of their first vaccine dose which matches the status on Tawakkalna APP.
- Saudi Citizens who had recovered from COVID-19 on the condition that six months had not passed from their infection which matches the status on Tawakkalna APP.
Covid 19 Test
- For any of our guests needing to cancel their trip due to COVID19 infection, Red Sea Citizen will issue a full refund.
- For cancellations made over 3 months before the boat departure, Red Sea Citizen will issue a full refund.
- For cancellations made over 2 months before boat departure, Red Sea Citizen will issue a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made under 4 weeks before boat departure are nonrefundable. However, we do accept another diver to replace you if you are not able to make it.
- No refund can be given to the following:
- Divers who cannot equalize
- Divers who decide not to dive due to personal reasons
- Guests who do not arrive on time at the specified meeting point
